Policies
Grace Period
Appointments in which the client arrives more than 5 minutes late (without notifying us) are considered a no-show appointment. We do have the right to reschedule or refuse service.
No-Shows
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service price. If you paid a deposit and no-show you will be charged the remaining balance. If your card on file declines, we will send over an invoice to the email or phone number on file. You will be required to pay this invoice before rebooking. After 3 no show appointments you will no longer be able to book services with QD Esthetics.
Bookings
All bookings will require to be reserved with a valid credit card on file. A deposit is required upon booking for the appointment/services selected. The remaining balance will be due after services are rendered.
Refunds
Please note that all services, deposits, retail, packages and gift certificates purchased are non-refundable.
Cancellation
At QD Esthetics we value our time. We require a 48 hour notice before your service start time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within that time frame, your card on file will be charged the full amount or the remaining balance of the scheduled service price. Your account must be settled before scheduling future appointments with us.

Yes, we recommend wearing a tampon (if needed we can provide one for you) or a menstrual cup. If you are not comfortable please be sure to reach out to our esthetician via email or text to reschedule in advance.

We require your hair to be at least the length of a grain of rice or longer so the wax can properly adhere to the hair and be pulled from the root.

If you are receiving a facial wax service (brows, lip, chin) we recommend you discontinue using exfoliating and retinoids/retinol products 3 days prior.
If you are receiving a body wax service (brazilian, underarms, legs) we recommend you exfoliate the area the night before or the morning of your appointment and wear loose comfy clothes to your appointment.

Yes, the deposit is to secure your scheduled appointment and will go toward the balance. The remaining balance will be due after services are rendered.

All first time clients or returning clients that haven't received a facial at QD Esthetics should book our “The First Deavine Experience” for your first facial. This will allow us to provide you with a depth consultation plus a completely customized facial catered to your skin optimal needs.
Existing clients should book our Signature Facial or Custom Facial. Depending on which treatment you would like to receive, if you are just needing maintenance or something a bit advanced.
Before your facial treatment we recommend you stop using any retinoids/retinols and stop exfoliation 5 days prior.
